"Give me blood, I promise you freedom" speech

  Case study of Subhash Chandra Bose speech on July 4, 1944.

 Please first read the above speech and come to case study.

 Before going to the case study of the above speech let me acknowledge you the sequence of efforts that Nethaji and Indian national army(Azad hind fauj) undertaken a head of July 4, 1944.

  After escaping from his house arrest in Calcutta in 1941, Bose went overland to Germany where he set up the India Legion. Facing difficulties in Germany, he arrived in Japanese controlled Singapore by Submarine in July 1943. In Singapore he organized the Azad hind government (A Provisional government of free India’ which was recognized nine axis states) and the Indian national army. Between March and June 1944, this army fought the British on Indian soil, alongside Japanese troops. The campaign ended in failure but Bose to refuse to give up hope. He believed, as this speech reviles that the British were losing the war and this presented Indian a golden opportunity to win their freedom. 

 It's time to buckle down to acknowledge the strategies, study of enemies weakness, teaching from the mistake in history, encouraging from material they endeavour on present, Marching along with foreign soil to liberate the motherland, Significance of men, money and material for mobilization,

Analysing how British used the religious and other differences in India. Essences of home front and fighting fronts, inviting men and women of all type administration, reminding the journey of total mobilization to fight for liberation in sacred motherland, Significance of motive power along with men, material, money, Essence of sacrifice for liberation.

As Netaji mentioned "total mobilization" or "maximum sacrifice" which meant for the act of assembling and organising the resources to fight for the mother India. He admitted " maximum sacrifice" meant for the sacrifice they undergrown through INA was reformed on 1943 under netjis leadership. On the other hand he is sharing the knowledge that how British is getting weak in worldwide account. And encouraging them to utilize the opportunity to fight for free India. 

 In addition he is hopefully of the outcome i.e having the strength of East Asia. And at the same time he is letting them not to merely rely on East Asian army's strength. And reminding them how  a huge movement undertaking  by people within india.

Acknowledging them about the Indian rebellion on 1857 was the first independent fight against east Indian company , but ultimately unsuccessful due to lack modern war equipment at that time. But accounting present scenario how they handed and recruits with east Asian countries from China, Japan, Indo–China, Philippines, Borneo,

Celebes,Sumatra,Malaya,Thailand and Burma.

He accounted the need of flow in mobilization of men, material and money by repairing the interferences.

He urged for more men and women for administration and reconstruction activities in liberated areas.

 He insisted the significance of maintaining fighting fronts those are the soldiers who take charges in borders of liberated areas. And the home fronts who stays in the country while the army was in the war by their means the economic chain revives. 

He also accounting the essence of base for war of liberation those are East Asia and mainly burma (now maynmar) which accepted his provisional government for free India. 

He is highlighting the reason behind he look after home front . Because in coming months they are going lay the complete focus on fighting fronts and taking the task to  revolution up inside India. While they are in fighting fronts it's important to run the home fronts without any interruptions . 

He is asking them to prepare for the main tasks ahead . As he obtained men, material and money in a huge amount as he asked from them. Now curtain raising thing required which is the motive power that inspires them to pursue great works for the sake of free India.

As motivation requires no explanation. I'm letting you to read as he said.

It will be a fatal mistake for you to wish to live and see India frees imply because victory is now within reach.No one here should have the desire to live to enjoy freedom.Along fight is still infront of us.

 We should have but one desire today–the desire to die so that India may live–the desire to face a martyr’sdeath, so that the path to freedom may be paved with the martyr’s blood.

Friends! My comrades in the War of Liberation! Today I demand of you one thing, above all.I demand of you blood. It is blood alone that can avenge the blood that the enemy has spilt.It is blood alone that can pay the price of freedom.

Give me blood and I promise you freedom.

 Sir it's does not matter how mysterious your death was. We are so overwhelmed with Ur contribution and sacrifices. And Ur commitment towards an independent India should be a ritual lesson for today's leaders. The way you emphasised the need of sacrifices for free India is the naked truth behind today's independent India.
